At times written for the computer literate, other time not. It's a thriller first with science fiction elements.
Certainly demands an imaginative and cognitive effort.
Yes, at one time this would have been visionary, not today however and the book is dated in many ways as a result. It seemed colloquial at times to me. And it probably requires more imagination in the modern day.
Does he coin cyberspace or is that a nod to Dr.Who's Cybermen?
Good character development and use of imagination. The settings could have been more descriptive. Odd persistent reference to drug use that did not always correlate to the plot or character development.
Overall an entertaining read.
4/5
