Redwall

If I had to pick a favorite childhood book that I read on my own, it would likely be Redwall by Brian Jacques. I remember being sucked into the story and enjoying every minute of it. The environments were vivid, the battles were majestic, and the story was great. I highly recommend Redwall to middle-school children, but I am willing to bet there are adults who would enjoy it as well.
