A Master of Djinn

The fantastic, alternate history Egypt that Clark has crafted for this series is as enchanting as the djinn sorcery found within it. He immerses you in an early 1900's Cairo that combines the magic of ARABIAN NIGHTS with the industrial aesthetics of steampunk. If you enjoyed the first two episodes in this series then this one is a must-read. It takes the world building to another level of awesome, and adds layers of authenticity to the main characters. Experienced mystery readers may find some revelations a bit predictable, but with Clark's style and imagination, this book is a brain-twisting thriller regardless.
