It's always a bit of a mix with these older classics. This one shows its age a bit with how women are portrayed and the way it deals with race, but the main thrust of the book's dystopia and social commentary rings remarkably true still today. Climate change, pollution, failing crops, pesticide resilient bugs, ineffectual anti-biotics, super Gonorrhea, organic farming etc, etc..... Makes an interesting read with lots to reflect upon.
