Truthwitch

Enjoyable enough YA novel featuring quite a week thought out magic system, but it is spoilt a little by the over use of YA tropes:

• A central character (in this instance two character) that is very powerful but doesn't have self confidence... Check
• A former childhood friend that has grown up to be surprisingly attractive and could be a suitor... Check
• An honourable stranger that the main character initially doesn't like but then begins to fall in love with... Check
• A baddie that maybe could be turned into a goodie and then could be a suitor... Check
• Etc.
