I think it is great that new awards are being added. Do you think the Compton Crook award could be added? It's for the best first novel by a writer in the Fantasy, Science Fiction or Horror genres.

This can definitely be added to the site. Here is the complete lists of noms and winners at Locus:

It's a strange award where the noms appear and disappear randomly throughout it's run. Many years only have a winner. Not sure what that's about but it could be that the noms list just weren't released or perhaps were lost to time?
